How we Started
In the heart of Lima, Peru's vibrant capital, Sandra's baking journey began. Under the expert tutelage of her Mamá Juanita and Tía Negrita, she unearthed the time-honored secrets of Peruvian confectionery. Even as a child, her natural flair for melding flavors and crafting delectable treats left everyone in awe. As Sandra matured, so did her passion for patisserie, compelling her to share her exquisite talents beyond the Peruvian shores.

When Sandra and her family set roots in the U.S., she was taken aback to find none of the cherished treats from her Peruvian childhood. This void sparked a burning desire to infuse America with the authentic flavors of her homeland. With unwavering dedication, she honed her craft, leading to the inception of 'La Canela LLC'.
